1. Client-Side & In-Browser Data Processing

Several of our tools (most notably the Smart Duplicate Cleaner, Gmail Address Variations, and User Agent Generator) run completely on your computer via client-side JavaScript. Users are responsible for how they use the tools and the data they process.

• Text, emails, or duplicate lists you paste into the cleaner never leave your device.
• No copies of processed text blocks are logged or stored on our servers.
• Closing or refreshing your browser tab immediately frees the temporary processing memory.

2. Account & Synchronization Data

When you register an account or use authorized cloud features (such as team license verification and team used email vaults), we store:

• Your registered email address and authenticated license identifier.
• Records of used/extracted email tokens to ensure deduplication across team members.
• Timestamps of account authentication for security rate limiting and fraud prevention.

3. Local Storage & Cookies

We use browser localStorage to remember your user preferences between visits, including:

• Your preferred UI theme mode (Dark Mode / Light Mode).
• Your recent tool choices and batch quantity settings.
• Anonymous guest usage counts to manage fair daily rate limits.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

Our web application is deployed using modern cloud platforms including Vercel for Anycast edge routing and Google Firebase for encrypted cloud database storage. These providers maintain high enterprise-grade security standards and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications.
